War Dept. Document from 1825 Reveals Critical Clue to Missing 13th Amendment

By The Idaho Observer [Entire article published Here]

Excerpts (my emphasis added).....

The purpose of the original 13th Amendment, which at the time of its ratification had popular support, was to add severe penalties to prohibitions against the acceptance of titles of nobility or other favors from foreign powers as found in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the Constitution.

All attorneys and judges who claim the title “esquire,” a title of English nobility beneath knighthood and extended to professional men, are incapable of holding public office under the Amendment. If enforced, nearly half the legislators in office throughout America would be removed from office and stripped of their citizenship.

“[Enforcement of the original 13th Amendment would be] particularly applicable today in the 21st Century as government is increasingly for sale to the highest bidder, as foreign and multinational corporations and individuals compete to line the pockets of politicians and political parties to accommodate and purchase protection or privilege, i.e. honors, for their special interests,” commented the TONA Research Committee.

“The law is still there,” the group insists, waiting only to be publicly recognized and enforced once again to protect the Sovereignty and Interests of WE THE PEOPLE, and to force the elected representatives of the people to adhere strictly to their solemn and binding oath of office and the limitations of government imposed by the Constitution.

Those interested in the quest to find the political hiding place of the missing 13th Amendment should visit the website at http://www.amendment-13.org/. The TONA Research Committee has been posting the results of its research at the site which contains both text and electronic images of documents critical to the investigation.

A letter to Jon Huntsman Jr.

George W. Bush is NOT the President of the United States of America!

George W. Bush did not file a declaration of candidacy for President of the United States with the secretary of state in Utah in either the 2000 or 2004 A.D. general election. The Republican Party is not officially registered with the secretary of state of the State of Utah, so there were no officially certified presidential electors in the November 2000 or 2004 A.D. Utah elections.

George W. Bush has nominated Michael O. Leavitt to become a cabinet member as secretary of the department of Health and Human Services, and the following letter written to Jon M. Hunstman Jr. proves that Michael O. Leavitt never qualified to hold public office as Governor in the State of Utah, and that Jon M. Huntsman Jr. was not duly elected and has not qualified as Governor of the State of Utah.

Lawrence Rey Topham is the duly elected and qualified secretary of state with his oath of office filed with the secretary of state, and is serving his third term of office. Michael O. Leavitt and John M. Huntsman Jr. did not file an oath of office with the secretary of state for any term of office. Exercising the function of a public office without filing an oath of office with the secretary of state constitutes the criminal offence of unofficial misconduct.
Those people who are not qualified to hold public office have increased the national debt from 1 trillion to 7.6 trillion in just the last 21 years, and are in control of, and using, nuclear weapons.

This Letter to Jon Huntsman Jr. provides the documentation of where freedom has gone, why freedom has gone, why the Constitution is hanging by a thread, and what action is necessary to restore constitution government in Utah, and the United States of America.

The principles set forth in our constitutions can promote freedom throughout the world, but the use of force, fraud, and coersion are never justified, and can only lead to its destruction. The task and responsibility to make conscious life happily creative and forever imperishable falls upon the conscious individual to harness his or her nature in a Constitutional Republic governed by natural law that protect individual life and property rights.

Or, we can continue down the road we are now traveling.....

Giant in decline...

Such threats would include: a persistent and increasing resort to debt-financed growth and a concomitant, growing imbalance in the trade deficit, leading the US ever further into financial dependency and so leaving it dangerously indebted to rival nations, which could (at least theoretically) pull the plug at any time. Move to euro hits US finances...

In 2003, the most recent year with full international statistics, central banks financed 83% of the US current account deficit, with Asian central banks accounting for 86% of that total. [Guardian]

Government IDs and Identity Theft

"...One of the most onerous practices of Congress is the use of federal funds illegitimately taken from the American people to bribe states into obeying federal dictates."

--Rep. Ron Paul, MD [Lew Rockwell]

Identity Theft Prevention Act of 2005 (Introduced in House)

From Kurt Nimo...

Few of us realize or understand this, although more and more people, intuitively mistrusting corporate media explanations of current events, are tuning in to the internet and blogs such as this for alternate sources of information and opinion. Not all of us are sleeping. But the question remains: will enough people wake up in time to fend off economic disaster, perpetual war, and the New Serfdom our rulers have in mind for us?

Unfortunately, there is little time left. [Another Day in the Empire]

This is the fundamental fact of American political life:
Ultra-wealthy corporations and banks are the ultimate power behind the U.S. government today.

We want higher wages/salaries. They want to maximize their profits.

We want to pay a reasonable price for gasoline. They want to maximize their profits.

We want to live in decent housing. They want to maximize their profits.

We want to enjoy a clean, unpolluted, unravaged environment. They want to maximize their profits.

We want to eat clean, healthy, non-mutant food. They want to maximize their profits.

We want a genuine democracy, with real candidates to vote for. They want to maximize their profits.

We don't want to exploit and enslave impoverished working people in foreign lands nor drop cluster bombs on innocent children. They want to maximize their profits.

Happy New Year?

I haven’t posted to this weblog since December for several reasons. One being that my original intent of this weblog was to issue a warning about what lies at the end of the road we are traveling. The other being that as the New Year came in, I have been having a hard time finding a reason to be happy about the things I see in store for 2005.

Now that we are approaching the end of the road, it doesn’t seem like sounding the alarm is going to do any body any good if they are not already prepared for what lies ahead. The day of judgment has already begun, if you haven't noticed.

After several days of being somewhat despondent, I saw a light at the end of the tunnel, only to come to the stark realization that the light I saw was that of a freight train, followed by thoughts of the inevitable consequences of being in its path.

One does not have to wander far from the desktop to see the drama unfold. As an example, and one that hits close to home for me, was this article in the Salt Lake Tribune:

New plan details how federal, state officials will respond to terror
"The [plan] helps to organize all of the federal agencies that would come in to assist us -
FEMA, the FBI.

Oh great! An illuminati owned – drug funded organization backed up by a bunch of incompetent three letter guys. I’m feeling much safer now!

Utah police and fire agencies will soon begin training and preparations to implement the National Response Plan, a prerequisite for the state's receiving homeland security funding and other federal dollars, said Salt Lake County Sheriff Aaron Kennard.

Here we have a fine example of unofficial government in action. Purported elected officials promoting debt bondage and tyranny by those who are supposed to be bound by oath and affirmation to protect and defend the constitution, but acting in violation of the law while selling the citizens of Utah down the road for a mess of pottage. This is a nightmare Utah…Wake up!

I am reminded of what the honorable Ezra Taft Benson said about such things here...

(12) I consider it a violation of the Constitution for the Federal Government to levy taxes for the support of state or local government; that no State or local government can accept funds from the Federal and remain independent in performing its functions, nor can the citizens exercise their rights of self-government under such conditions.

I’m wondering what our latest elected unofficial, Governor John Huntsman Jr., has to say about the National ID card.

Taxes forcing you out of your home?

Here’s something a lot of people can look forward to in 2005…..

Taxes Taxes Taxes everywhere, but not a buck left to spend! Anyone who is still breathing and coping with a medicated society and head games, knows that disposable income is falling faster than a sinking U.S. Dollar. [Article]

It kinda gives new meaning to what Thomas Jefferson said... "If the American people ever allow the banks to control issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers occupied."

Itz comming!

It’s bad enough that your CONgress critters print bonds, sell them to a foreign corporation, and then pledge your property and your labor as collateral for interest on debt that can never be repaid; only to compound the problem by exporting the debt to foreign countries. Boy, are we ever going to pay for that one!!!

What are we going to do when those foreigners come collecting on the debt?

What we need to export is bushes - to Afghanistan, as Goodyear suggests, although I realize exporting our liabilities is sin. Call it a necessary evil, ok? Oh, and how do you fix a racketeering counterfeiting scheme? By your complicity in it?

And let’s not forget how well our militias can defend us, now that they have been illegally usurped and sent to fight undeclared wars in foreign countries…

The Dec. 20 memo, which was obtained by The Sun, says "current demands" in Iraq and Afghanistan put his command in "grave danger" of being unable to meet other potential Pentagon missions or help with domestic emergencies, and that the Army Reserve "is rapidly degenerating into a 'broken' force." [Link]

Constitutions? We don’t need no pesky constitutions in the New World Order!

And of course we can be thankful for our economic freedom?

Heavy sigh!

So who is it that is wreaking all this havoc?

It’s not the government of the united states of America. The USA doesn’t have a government! Somebody else is doing it.

How do we fix the problem?

Article 1, Section 10

What can we do about all these unofficials acting like government?

How about The Ultimate New Years Resolution?

KICK THEM OUT OF THE OFFICE

No need to fire them, they’ve already fired themselves!

Oh, and just in case you are wondering if I have a new years resolution? You can take a look at it here.

No, I'm not suggesting that we form a band of rebels and rise up against the powers that be. Resistance is futile. But I am suggesting that we take the responsibility upon ourselves to restore our republic. It's time we wake up and realize that our government is unofficial, unconstitutional, illegal, and cannot be relied upon, trusted, or be taken seriously.

Nonetheless, I wish all a happy new year. My hope is that wherever you are in the world, you will be spared from any further tragedies which I personally believe will plague us in the coming months.

We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizen may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force.
