I heard about this one last night, but was unable to find anything about it on the internet. I was discouraged, and went surfing the blogs for something to do. I went to the Goodyear Family Blog that linked to Bill Bauers Blog and lo and behold, there it was!

I met Bill about three years ago when we were both doing a “Boston Tea Party” kinda thing marketing cigarettes from and Indian Reservation. It seems like a trip of destiny that Bill and I are here on the blogs working on paralell issues. Things happen for a reason.

On February 16, 1982 A.D., The United States Grand Jury in the United States District Court for the District of Utah,Central Division, returned a True Bill of Indictment against the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the principals of the Federal Reserve Bank. The United States Attorney, Brent D. Ward, refused to help the grand jury prepare the indictment, refused to sign it, and concealed it, so the grand jurors could not present it to the magistrate in open court. The vote by the jurors was eighteen (18) to zero (0) On July 7, 1982 The second indictment was returned to the magistrate in open court without the signature of the attorney for the government because he had refused to sign the first indictment and would not return it to the grand jury so they could present it to the court.

Well, we may not have been successful here in Utah in 1982, but on October 27, 2003, when we prove that nobody was officially in office in 1982, (provided they don't dismiss the case to cover their tracks) we can get back to the root. Bill Bauer writes:

The next is one I have been hearing rumours on until now. This is the biggie, folks. This is truly one of the most potentially explosive lawsuits I can even imagine, cutting right through to the heart of the matter by going after the Money Masters themselves...

I set up a page with the full details and all court documents

So here is the reality. We are a nation in bondage to the issuers of irredeemable paper, false copper-nickel coins and imaginary bank credit. We are living in an illusion of wealth and power, but it is all based on (1) fraud, (2) lies (perjury) (3) deceit, (4) (conspiracy to defraud the United States 18 USC 371, 471, 472, 473), (5) extortionate extensions and collections or credit 18 USC 891, 892, 893, and 894, (6) racketeering 18 USC 1961, 1962 and 1963, and on to 2381 through 2386, rebellion, insurrection, treason, misprision of treason, seditious conspiracy to overthrow the government of the United States and the States which are expressly prohibited from making any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts. U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 10.

I beleive it's time to throw the rascals out of office, and the conspirators out of the country!
