I think Gene Chapman hit the nail on the head when he posted, “…I see it highly questionable that a court room could be used for justice at this juncture.” He continued to say, “…we must make the moral case to the people of the nation that its leadership is flawed and that this leadership must be replaced.

Judge Edith Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit gives us a pretty good idea of what Gene is talking about in this article. Jones says, “…Having lost sight of the moral and religious foundations of the rule of law, we are vulnerable to the destruction of our freedom, our equality before the law and our self-respect.”

The only authority worthy of respect is the authority of the individual in the exercise of his God given rights. The only justifiable purpose of political institutions is to protect those rights. External authority is a myth with no basis in reality. Government powercrats, politicians, bureaucrats, most lawyers, and many of the media journalists and university professors are prime examples of external authority.

Stanley Milgrams in his book, Obedience to Authority, demonstrates that the majority of average, honest citizens will follow authority to do destructive, immoral acts up to the point of injuring, even killing other people. As quoted from Milligram’s book: “…ordinary people simply doing their jobs, and without any particular hostility on their part, can become agents in a terrible destructive process. Moreover, even when the destructive effects of their work becomes patently clear, and they are asked to carry out actions incompatible with fundamental standards of morality, relatively few people have the resources needed to resist authority.”

All destructive authorities and other dishonest individuals would become powerless if honest individuals withdrew their support and said “no.” If all victims simply said “no” to their victimizers, those people would lose their power to plunder others and destroy values. Without these destructive external authorities, all the corrupt systems of forced regulations, forced mediocrity, fake litigation, destructive taxes, corruption, and wars would not exist.

Up to this point, I usually manage to retain someone’s attention, and get little disagreement saying these types things, but this is the juncture at which I usually always loose my audience, likely because so many have their hearts set on the things of this world, and in the face or criticism, many seem to lack the ability or desire to break out of their comfort zone long enough to identify facts in reality, and integrate those facts into the reality that has been created for them. Still others defend and justify their actions because for them, they are maintaining, and still able to make a profit in the system. But the time will come, and it will come, when the whole hoax will pancake. And it will pancake. It is not question of if, but when. Besides that, nobody likes to be told they are ignorant, foolish, or an addict. But here it goes anyway. Maybe one or two will get the message.

First identify the criminals, and the power base from which these destructive external authorities derive their authority. If you follow the money, you will find they derive this power from the people. Consider these observations from A Discourse of Voluntary Servitude by Etienne Boetie, written in the 16th Century:

"The oppressor has nothing more than the power you confer upon him to destroy you. Where has he acquired enough eyes to spy upon you if you do not provide them yourselves? How can he have so many arms to beat you with if he does not borrow them from you? The feet that trample down your cities, where does he get them if they are not your own? How does he have any power over you except through you? How would he dare assail you if he had not cooperation from you?"

If you can integrate these facts in reality, you can begin see the solution to the problems, and gain the insight as to how to control the outcome. But if you want to kick back and let some external authority solve the problems, you will get more of the same. Like they say, insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.

The solution to the problem can only come from the individual. Now, I can show you the solution to most all the problems facing civilization, but the solution will only work if applied by individuals. I do not have the authority to do it for you, and you cannot, in reality, give me that authority. Remember, external authority is a myth. You are going to apply the solution yourself. So here it goes. Here is the solution:

STOP USING PAPER MONEY!

Ok, CALM DOWN! Don’t shoot the messenger! You don’t need to tell me how hard that is to do, I know! I didn’t say it would be easy, But stop and take a moment to look at the reality. It is not an easy thing to do, because it is an addiction that is just as destructive and deadly as an addiction to drugs. (…and supplied by the same folks who supply the drugs; legal, and illegal) Actually more deadly; just ask some Iraqi folks, or some military widows. And like a drug addiction, it takes discipline, thought, and control to change the outcome. So just give it your consideration for a few moments, and if I am wrong, you can go back to sleep.

Thomas Jefferson said, “If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

In this review of Crashmaker, we read the following: “The Founders would have denounced the modern-day Marxism of irredeemable, legal-tender paper currency emitted by a monopolistic banking cartel, and graduated individual income taxes, not only as “extreme”, but even as impossible under the Constitution they designed to protect and preserve personal liberty and private property.” “…These days, mainstream politicians and judges, as well as intellectuals, see nothing amiss in paper money and income taxes, while contending that to return to the Founders’ Constitution is impossible.”

See what can be bought with paper money? The souls of men!

As long as the congresscritters have the ability to print a bond, then sell that bond to a private cartel who gets to create money out of thin air, by the authority given them to print paper money backed by nothing but the faith and credit (your future labor) of the people of the United States, and allowed to charge usury interest ( debt slavery) on those notes they got for nothing, then we will continue down this road of debt slavery, and continue to subject ourselves to the tyranny that enforces the contract you enter into every time you use the false notes and false credit of the Federal Reserve.

So I agree with Gene Chapman. It is questionable that we can use the courts. Been there, seen that. They will suck you into the vortex, run you around with procedure, and deny you your civil rights at the drop of a hat. They are administered by individuals who, like the rest of the external authorities, are addicted to paper money.

BTW: There is evidence that US is not controlling our own courts. Many layers of representatives now shown to be corrupt to the core, corruption seen to be now to the top of a global corporate beast, controlled by the "secret" government in London.

Gene Chapman also makes the observation that leadership in this country is flawed and must be replaced. I agree here also, and that is one of the solutions I have been working on with Larry. We have a moral responsibility to remove those who do not obey the oath of office, and replace them with individuals who will.

It is not right that the innocent are prosecuted by the guilty, and the innocent should take the responsibility to prosecute the guilty

Just say no to external authority. If we stop using paper money, the source of the conspirator’s powerbase would dry up and the destructive external authorities would become powerless. Then we could get back to business, and become prosperous. Maybe I could get the flying car I have always wanted before my number is up. I should have had it by now.....Grrrrrr!
