See what can be bought with paper money?
The souls of the likes of Judge John McBryde. It is a travesty that Dick Simkanin was returned to jail. It is obvious who is paying McBryde’salary, and the agenda they are trying to conceal by incarcerating individuals who pose a threat to their power to inflict their tyranny. I’d be willing to bet if some folks down there in Texas checked on his oath of office, they could have him thrown off the case. Dumpster diver Linda Kennedy would be digging all kinds of garbage up on this S.O.B. if she were on the case! Besides that, if he wasn’t paid in the lawful money of the United States, which is silver an gold coin, then he has never been paid, cannot be a public servant, and volunteered his services to the conspirators who are attempting to overthrow the United States of America. That is treason, and punishable by law...........
United States Code
TITLE 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
PART I - CRIMES
CHAPTER 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- U.S. Code as of: 01/22/02
Section 2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
The sentencing for Lawrence Rey Topham was November 24th. There were a lot of parallels to the Simkanin Case. First, the court wasn’t prepared for the requested jury trial, next they quashed the subpoenas, then reduced the charge from criminal offense to an infraction: for which there can’t be any jail time, or a jury trial. But Larry had already served 88 days! (sneaky little scoundrels, aren’t they?) Under cross examination the arresting officer was asked, "Do you have an oath of office on file with the Secretary of State?" The officer replied, "Uh...I beleive...I'm not sure what that means exactly." The prosecutor objected that it was irrevelant, the judge sustained the objection and stated, "He testified he was a sworn officer of the state. I don't think whether he has, or even has to have, a...an oath of office on register with this state is not pertinent to this case."
So there you go folks, a judge and his guns and fists enforcer who don't even know what the law requires of them. At any rate, the court refused to let Larry present evidence in his defense. Sound a little like Texas justice?
But Larry played a better game of chess. He didn’t show for sentencing, and the judge ruled TIME SERVED and cleared the case. He couldn’t have imposed a fine because Larry is impecunious, so he just tried to sweep the matter under the table.
It was a win, but a loss. They succeeded by keeping Larry in jail for the Mayoral campaign, the unofficial Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah was re-elected, (unofficially) and the Lieutenant Governor (a position illegally created in place of the Secretary of State by officials who hadn’t filed their oath of office) who was appointed (illegally) to fill the position for former Governor Mike Leavitt (who was recently appointed to the EPA by son of a bush: who didn’t receive the necessary electoral college votes to be elected president because Leavitt failed to file his oath of office) was sworn in by an unofficial Supreme Court Judge who hadn’t filed her oath of office with the Secretary of State, and so we can all look forward to more of the same as we slip and slide down the road to tyranny because the American people are asleep.
Anyway, I guess all the work was worth it, and the lion is out of the cage to fight another day. (Larry won re-election for mayor by the way)

If Mr. Franks were not retired, I would be calling for the convening of a Grand Jury to consider trying him for treason. As it is, his is just idle chatter, though the Busheviks may view it as a trial balloon. [sierra]
