KILL THE 'BILL OF RIGHTS'
Wake up and sense your awful situation.....
The legislation that became the USA Patriot Act of 2001 was actually the original 1995 version of HR 666 and S.735
Under HR 666, the 1st Amendment would have been completely eviscerated. Americans would have lost the right to worship God in the manner of their choosing; freedom of speech and, under unspecified "national security" circumstances, freedom of the press would have vanished as well. The right to petition the government for redress of issues would likewise have no longer existed — even though the government has technically not allowed private citizens to address grievances to the federal government since 1798 when John Adams' Federalist Congress enacted The Sedition Act of 1798. The Sedition Act made it a crime to speak out against any elected official in the federal government.
We are free today because the 2nd Amendment does today what it did in 1775—it guarantees that the American people have the means to take their nation back if the government ever attempts to subjugate the people. [NWV]

Heads up and pay attention: the Department of Homeland Security was created to defend this government from the citizens of the United States because they fear we will find out and we will rise up and cast them from power. It does not defend this nation, you, your family, friends, or loved ones. It defends only the government not from Al Qaeda but from us. They know when Americans figure this out, Americans are going to be way past livid and heads in Washington, DC, are going to roll and butts are going to prison.

Pogo Was Right - we have met the enemy, and he is us.
Shortly after 9/11, George Bush told us that Arabs armed with box cutters and no flying experience commandeered three jumbo jets and flew them with air-show precision into three buildings...because "they hate our freedom." Well, he was partially correct.
Those responsible for 9/11 and other atrocities, both here and abroad, do hate our freedom. And we do need to be afraid of them. Problem is, they are us - our own government, actually. [Conspiracy Pen Pal]
Substitute Homeland Securtity with Homeland Control and you begin to see the picture. And where do they get this "control" if we do not give it to them?.....
