Fundamentals

From - Usury, Inc. (linked on sidebar) Research(Part of Tribworks.com) Last Updated 18. July 2004

Please note: This page is updated each quarter -- if that -- since when documenting the US collapse, month-to-month numbers are irrelevant, and the only ones that really matter are debt, government deficits, and a trashed currency (Money Supply increases, i.e. inflation), all of which now suggest the U.S. is out of control and beyond the point of no return. The data clearly point to total U.S. financial collapse. Since the US government and private households are both already bankrupt (debt not serviceable by income or cashflow, but by taking on more debt to pay debt) - the only question remaining in my mind is when will the doctors kill the patient with their overdoses of lethal debt?

To answer this, you must understand that just as very few economists understand inflation and fiat money, even fewer comprehend the international banking cartel. The Federal Reserve is not American, but a branch of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Switzerland, run by the Illuminati, through their errand boys the Knights of Malta. Neither is the Chinese central bank Chinese, but a branch office of the BIS, as well. So the BIS is perfectly willing to gives orders to the office in China to buy debt from the branch in the U.S., even if it means that China will eventually be destroyed by doing so. There is zero competition between central banks, because they are one corporation, run by one board of owners. Their plan is to bring the world into debt through fiat currencies, then yank the carpet from under the entire world, causing a financial catastrophe and panic so great that people will be clamoring for a new system, for the current system (fiat-based capitalism) will be viewed as evil. The system to rise from the ashes of the nearing BIS collapse will also be from the BIS owners, although they remain faceless and nameless, and will therefore step in to offer a solution to the crash which they created. That solution will be one currency worldwide, under a world Communist government. Just as people now are brainwashed and view my warnings as wild fantasies, so also will they be so unprepared for this crash, and will, fully brainwashed, willingly embrace the new brutal system, which will be the end of valued human life as we now know it. In my circles this period is known as the long-promised Wrath of God.

So the answer to the question “when”, is dependent on two issues:

1. the collapse of the consumer - when debts can no longer be serviced by new sources of credit (housing bubble, lower rates), and

2. collapse of US government - when either the drug's efficacy fades (dollar), or the drug's administrators (foreign central banks) can no longer fund the habit and they themselves collapse from a trashed currency (now making headlines in Japan, China). China, Japan, Argentina, Turkey, Asian Tigers, Russia, etc., are all foreign doctors who collapsed to keep the fatally sick patient (US) alive another few months. This is called exporting inflation, and is only possible with an evil system called the BIS, and an equally evil US citizenry who no longer want to know the machinations of good and evil, but rather “at least I got mine.”

Keep in mind, if foreign nations print money like the U.S. to stay abreast of the U.S. currency trashing game, they will collapse, for there is no one to buy their mounds of debt. This is the greatest, but most hidden evil of the U.S. financial system, made possible by citizens who think debt is not a sin, and a central bank is not a great criminal evil.

We need your help—NOW!

From the March 2005 Idaho Observer:

On faith that it was the right thing to do for the right reasons, The Idaho Observer produced The Report of the Citizens Commission on 9/11. The evidence shows that our own government was deeply involved in the planning and execution of events that led to the Twin Towers’ collapse in New York, the attack on the Pentagon and the airplane crash near Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Because of this incident, a war has been declared and waged on the civil liberties of the American people. We, the informed people of this country, are dutibound to inform our uninformed countrymen as to what really happened. Also because of this event, a phony war against terrorism was declared by the co-perpetrators of 9/11 and, as a result, at least 100,000 innocent people have been killed, two nations have been destroyed and plans to destroy more people and nations are going forward—in our name. Since key individuals in the 9/11 tragedy are officials at the highest levels of our own government are the real terrorists behind 9/11 and the subsequent war on terror, it is our responsibility to remove them from power and stop the insanity of global war against the innocent peoples of sovereign nations.

We need your help. 9/11 is the key—not only to the presently deteriorating state of global and domestic affairs but to removing the cabal of warmongering reprobates who have assumed the reigns of power in our nation; their 9/11 cover story is so weak that, if we can expose it for the pure fiction that it is, they will have no place to hide. If God is willing and we are worthy, we WILL restore our Republic to its former grace. (DWH)

REMEMBER THE ALAMO

State of Utah
Office of the Governor - Lawrence Rey Topham
Official Notice

To the people of Utah and the United States: April 12, 2005 AD

We are accomplishing the complete renversement OF the illegitimate GOVERNMENT and the UNCONSTITUTIONAL New World ORDER of Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., and George W. Bush in the State of Utah and in the United States of America, respectively, with the required Oath of Office, gold and silver, and the required gold and silver Coin of standard regulated Value regulated to the Value of the Spanish milled dollar of the Constitution and the dollar of the United States of the same Value pursuant to Article I, Sections 8, 9 and 10, Amendments I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XIII and XIV of the Constitution of the United States and 1 Stat. 246, and Articles I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII of the Constitution of the United States, and 1 Stat. 23.

Our unalterable position in defense of our inalienable rights is to bind down public officials by the chains of the Constitution of the United States of America and destroy all the works of darkness and criminal conduct in abuse of public office, particularly, their violations of the oath of office and gold and silver Coin provisions and laws made in pursuance of the Constitution.

All Acts of unofficial legislation by unofficial legislators, state or federal, are hereby declared to null and void as repugnant to the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this State in discharge of duties of my offices of secretary of state and governor of the State of Utah. All purported Utah legislation from December 31, 1974 AD, is hereby declared to be absolutely unofficial, unlawful unconstitutional and void by failure of any person elected to the Utah senate to file with the secretary of state of this State the required oath of office required by the United States Constitution Article VI and 1 Stat. 23, cited, above and Utah Constitution, Article IV Section 10; and Utah Code 1953, as Amended, prior to 1965 AD, sections 52-1-2 (with whom to file), 52-2-1 (Time to Qualify), and 76-8-203 (Unofficial [criminal].Misconduct)

Any person attempting to enforce any unofficial act of legislation in the State of Utah is subject to prosecution for deprivation of rights during a state of emergency and martial law, declared November 14, 1997 AD, by the Governor of the State of Utah and signed by the Secretary of State of Utah.

Whereas, the Constitution of the United States absolutely forbids any State to “make any Thing but gold and Silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts;” all debts, taxes and fees unofficially contracted , assessed and imposed upon the people of Utah, visitors or persons doing business herein, are unconstitutional, unlawful, unofficial and void.

Any transaction utilizing any debt instrument as evidence of debt, not intended to be paid in gold and silver coin of standard regulated value regulated to the value of the Spanish milled dollar of 1789-1792 AD, and the United States Dollar of the same value, pursuant to 1 Stat. 23, containing 371.25 grains of fine silver, the money of account of the United States, is unconstitutional and void as not constituting a lawful debt pursuant the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of the State of Utah.

Bank notes not payable in gold and silver coin are unlawful, unconstitutional and void. Such bank notes do not constitute a valid contract, are not a Tender in payment of gold and silver Coin, and are, therefore, repugnant to the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Utah and are absolutely void. Possession with intent to pass or circulate such bank notes or offer them to the State of Utah or any political subdivision is a felony under both Utah and United States law. Use of such unfunded notes as genuine obligations of the United States constitutes dealing in falsely made securities and obligations of the United States with intent to defraud. 18 US 4, 8, 331, 332, 371, 471-473, 891-894, 1341-1343, 1961-1965, 2581-1986 and Utah Code 76-8-414, inter alia.

Using paper as money constitutes insurrection, rebellion and treason against the United States and against the State of Utah and is the means by which Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., and George W. Bush, and many of their predecessors and supporters, have attempted to cause the renversment of the legitimate government and Constitutional Order with illegitimate government and the Unconstitutional New World Order and merge the United States into a one world socialist totalitarian government, instead of defending and retaining free government under the United States and Utah Constitutions.

All public offices in the State of Utah are vacant as a matter of law, except for the office of Secretary of State, Governor, State Treasurer , Salt Lake County Clerk, Salt Lake County Assessor and Salt Lake County Treasurer. Only gold and silver coin are used in the legitimate constitutional government of Utah and the subdivisions thereof. No Person is authorized to collect any Thing but gold and silver for public accounts. Falsifying public accounts and records are third degree felonies under Utah law and are felonies under federal law. Martial law is in effect until the rebelled, insurrection, treason and seditious conspiracy are ended. All voting, property and liberty rights are suspended for those in rebellion pursuant to Amendment XIV of the Constitution of the United States. Those who cease their rebellion and use of the falsely made notes and coins made fictitious bank credit may regain their rights when given amnesty.

Done this 12th Day of April in the year of our Lord of the Constitution of the United States two Thousand and Five, in support of, obedience to, and in defense of The Constitution of the United States in its 218th year and The Constitution of the State of Utah in its 109th year. Amen.

When everybody wakes up, hopefully I’ll be in Peru.....

Because I don’t think I want to hang around for a shooting war! I’m not sure there are enough folks left in the good ol USA worth defending. There’s a quote on the News With Views website that just about says it all.....

"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largess from the public treasury. From that time on the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the results that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.

The average age of the world's great civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: from bondage to spiritual faith from spiritual faith to great courage from courage to liberty from liberty to abundance from abundance to selfishness from selfishness to complacency from complacency to apathy from apathy to dependency from dependency back to bondage."
-- Alexander Fraser Tytler (1742-1813)

And when they do finally wake up, in the midst of an economic depression that will make the 30’s look like a walk in the park, I’m not sure there’s anything anyone can do given the state of deterioration our republic has undergone. Most folks don’t even realize our republic has been turned into a democracy, that democracies always fall to gimme socialism, and waking up my countrymen is about as easy as moving Mount Everest one foot to the left. With a teaspoon! This slavery thing just isn’t cutting it anymore.

But while you are over at the New with Views website, look up Edwin Vieira Jr. There are a couple of articles I think everyone in the country ought to read, so check them out and pass them along if you can find anyone who hasn’t given up their mind. People like to listen to external authorities, and this guy has four degrees, so perhaps they would listen to him rather than a little guy like me with no credentials. Vieira is one of the foremost authorities on constitutional money, and the gentleman I voted for Vice President of the United States of America, although that’s not one of his aspirations.....

ARE MONETARY AND BANKING CRISES INEVITABLE IN THE NEAR FUTURE?

Time runs out for every one and every thing. The sand in the hourglass is draining particularly quickly, though, for America's present monetary and banking systems. One need not be a bloodhound to sniff the scent of crisis in the air.

DON'T COUNT ON WASHINGTON TO PROTECT US FROM A LOOMING BANKING CRISIS

Time runs out for every one and every thing. The sand in the hourglass is draining particularly quickly, though, for America's present monetary and banking systems. One need not be a bloodhound to sniff the scent of crisis in the air.

Therefore, if before a monetary and banking crisis breaks out Americans cannot remove the individuals who befoul the offices of the General Government, they must find other ways--always, of course, within the Constitution--to protect themselves and their country while there still may be time.

Follow this link to read the article.

Fat chance!

The sad thing is, the more I move towards actually doing something to bring a political and judicial system corrupt beyond constitutional recognition to an accounting, the more I am caste out from this anticivilization that leads to the death and destruction of everyone on the planet. I can’t save anyone, so perhaps I had just better concentrate on saving myself because most of my countrymen are asleep at the switch. Unfortunately, there isn’t all that much time left before this once great nation goes right down the drain. Then people will wake up. But when it happens, like Vieira says, I’m not sure there is going to be anything anyone is going to be able to do about it. The courts certainly aren’t going to be on your side. All the judges are paid in Federal Reserve Notes, not the gold and silver coin specified in the Constitution, so don’t expect them to bail out of the ponzi scheme when they’re so close to the top of the pyramid. We’re not using gold and silver coin anymore, if you haven’t noticed. We’re not using the Constitution either.

It seems that all those who took advantage of the big tax breaks from buying one of those big gas guzzling SUV’s are about to find out their big tax break is about to get wiped out by the rising price of gas needed to get around, not to mention the cost of everything associated with transportation that go up. Like food, for one example. Not only is GM going to be wiped out by the rising interest rates, Ford isn’t going to be able to sell those gas guzzling pigs anymore now reality sets in, because everyone is thinking about fuel economy. DUH! All those fuel efficient imports are all of a sudden looking a little more attractive. Gosh, I sure hope those folks have a competitive alternative on the drawing board, because it takes five years from the drawing board to production.

It reminds me of 1973, when all of those wise career politicians decided it was a good idea to set a pollution standard on an automobile scheduled for production in 1978. The cars subject to the standards were already designed, and it takes 5 years to get them to production, so the only alternative was to add a catalytic converter to clean up the dirty engine that couldn’t compete with Honda, who met the standard for 1978 with a stratified charge engine in 1973, putting the good ol USA 10 years behind our Japanese competitors because of the cost of stockpiling catalytic converters. But as always, if you follow the money, the pieces of the puzzle start snapping into place.

Anyone know what make a catalytic converter work? Try platinum. Ever try to get back the converter from the muffler shop when you have to have it replaced? You can’t, thanks to the lawmakers who make sure it gets sent back to be recycled. Know who control all the platinum? Check out Rothschild. Pretty smart cookie eh? Sell it, get it back for nothing, thanks to those good old “worker bee” career politicians, and sell it again! Are you starting to get the picture about who really runs our purported government? The United States no longer has constitutional government. Somebody else is running it. Anyone figured it out yet? Too late for the sheeple though. By the time they figure out what happened, most will have been knocked down so hard they will never get back up!

Oh and you thought communism was dead? Ha, the American people won’t even listen to the scientists anymore. Global warming is a communist hoax used to destroy our industrial base, if you haven’t figured it out yet. And you thought communism was dead! By the time most figure out what happened, they won’t have a clue as to how to break the chains that bind them, and all the tree huggers can kiss the feet of the hand that feeds them. Enjoy all those GM modified foods you little green sheeple! But hey, they’ll be plenty of FRN’s. They’re green like salad. They don’t taste real good, but with a little blue cheese dressing they might be palatable.

But just for fun, for anyone who thinks I’m a complete goofball, lets take a look at how the funny money game is played, and how every move your unconstitutional unofficial career politicians make these days puts us further out on thin ice. If you got the stomach for it, and you have plenty of blue cheese dressing, try the following......

SPEAKING FREELY
Oil for dollars, and dollars for US deficit
By Richard Benson

As a loyal American, one would like to cheer one's government's deft move to pick the pockets of our trading and financing partners. Moreover, the US gets the Arabs to fund a large share of our deficit, subsidize our interest rates, and help keep our taxes low for another year. Surely I can afford to buy another gas-guzzling sport-ute, get a rifle, and wave a flag. [Asia Times]

But for me, it’s starting to look like the best place to watch the fireworks is from Peru. It’s getting difficult to even justify time spent writing a blog these days. Deaf dumb and blind people can’t read anyway, and if preaching to the choir doesn’t produce anything, and if I’m not being productive, I’m not a happy camper! But what sense does it make to even have a choir if there isn’t an audience?

Whoduthunk?

Gas at $4.00 per gallon in June?

I remember to good old days when my 25 mile daily bicycle rides up the canyon kept me in top physical condition. I have been looking for a good excuse to get back in the groove.

Goldman Sachs bank said in a research report on Thursday that oil markets have entered a "super-spike" period that could see prices rising as high as $105 a barrel. [ABC]

Federal agency says state owes $30.4 million

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has sent the state a bill for $30.4 million for grant money used over six years to buy out or renovate flood-prone properties. [2theadvocate.com]

The unofficial government in Utah just can’t seem to get a grip on the string theory of bogus Federal Government. What is it with FEMA suddenly sucking money back out of the disaster areas? Anybody with any common sense wouldn’t build houses in a desert in Utah where rivers are known to meander in the first place. The only thing I can think of that is more foolish is to expect a drug funded racketeering agency to bail you out without some strings attached, like Utah’s unofficial Governor Jon Huntsman Jr. and his cohorts have done. But then, giving aid and comfort to the enemy is always good for a big promotion, like the unofficial Governor before him.

I’m not sure I would feel safe in a corporate jet with this guy and others who put their blessing on all this unofficial misconduct. I think I would get more mileage out of a bicycle.

And a longer life.
